ReadyGrip is a very easy-to-use assistive device that facilitates rising from a recumbent position to a seated position. ReadyGrip is intended for active users with arm strength and good torso stability.
ReadyGrip features a series of eight handles and is easily affixed with a loop to the footboard of the bed.
The user uses the handles and his/her own arm strength to gradually pull himself/herself up from a recumbent position to a seated position.
